How to use the Auto Pump:

Lubricate the interior of the cylinder and your member.
Turn on and place member in the tube at an adequate erection level of 60-90. (If new start soft.)
Press the power button and try to stop at about 15-20 kpa to begin, then hold.
To decompress hit the middle button. This is your Quick release button on the device.
To use the timer, hold the furthest right button until you see a thumbs up. Release your finger and click until you hit 3-5 minutes or your desired time.
You can hit the middle button and as long as the thumbs up remains, your desired pressure will remain.
If you feel any pain, hit the quick release button in the middle. Once completed, you may see a bit of edema (Puffiness around the member). This is completely fine and may happen from time to time.

For best measurement measurement, take measure tape and track base girth and midshaft. If you have bigger glans, consider getting some toe shields for protection. Once you have your girth for base or shaft, use this formula C / π = D or Circumference of Penis divided by Pi (3.14) equals the diameter of the cylinder or approximate cylinder you will need.

Select a cylinder that allows for at least .4" - .5" (1 cm - 1.27 cm) of space when getting a cylinder to allow for more space, comfort, and expansion.
