What is the return policy?
We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please reach out and we'll work with you to find a solution. We offer a 30-day return window for all items, with a 60-day return window for auto pump devices. We also have a drop off timeframe available for returns.
How do items come shipped?
All items are shipped in discreet packaging. Your order arrives in a white or brown box or a white or black bag for added privacy. The outer box is labeled PW LLC to maintain confidentiality. We've designed our packaging so curious hands won't be able to identify what's inside.
My items may be damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or within 30 days of delivery, we will actively replace it at no cost to you. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Can I change my address?
