How to use the Auto Pump V1:
Lubricate the interior of the cylinder and your member.
Turn on and place member in the tube at an adequate erection level of 60-90. (If new start soft.)
Press the power button and try to stop at about 15-20 kpa to begin, then hold.
To decompress hit the middle button. This is your Quick release button on the device.
To use the timer, hold the furthest right button until you see a thumbs up. Release your finger and click until you hit 3-5 minutes or your desired time.
You can hit the middle button and as long as the thumbs up remains, your desired pressure will remain.
If you feel any pain, hit the quick release button in the middle. Once completed, you may see a bit of edema (Puffiness around the member). This is completely fine and may happen from time to time.

So there's nothing wrong with my pump except for the suckage. Whenever I connect the cord to the tube, there's no suckage being created, but if I unconnect the cord from the tube and push it against my skin, the suckage is just fine.

Here is a step by step guide for how to check the pump:
1. Check the tube for any cracks.
2. Check the top of the cylinder and ensure the female connector is tightly screwed on. You can also take it off and verify there is no damage to the O-ring.
3. Check the male tube connector on the black 16 inch hose. Ensure that the o-ring (Black ring) is not chipped or broken.
4. Check the 16 inch hose to ensure there are no holes or hissing sounds in the tube when pumping up. You can simply apply finger to the male connector and pump it up to check.
5. Check the interior base of the auto pump to ensure it is tightly packed on the base. You can also check the interior to see if the orange o-ring is chipped or damaged in any way.
6. Make sure that you are shaved or trimmed at the base of the pump. You can also try to swivel the pump at the base to loosen any skin that has folded or creased. creases and folds allow for air to enter the tube when pumping, creating the issue you may have described.
7. Use the pump base if you ever have issues to help with securing the base.

Cannot keep the pressure, I've attempted as much as possible to ensure a complete seal. The pressure continues to drop to zero quickly. Poor product.

I originally started with a cheap Amazon pump that was uncomfortable, less control, and overall cheap. This one is so much nicer, more pressure control, doesn’t pull anything extra into the tube that would hurt, so quiet it doesn’t wake up the wife laying next to me, and much better sessions overall. Definitely recommend this pump. The only gripe I have with it is I wish the screen was “upside down” only because of where the tube connects but I’ve gotten used to reading it upside down.
The Package arrived in a very discrete box and with in just a couple of days of ordering! Everything was in perfect condition and in working order.
Love the everything in the box experience and the thought put into it, down to the KPA conversion guide sticker to put on the back of the pump, the details shows they care.
