Measure while fully erect, using a tailor's tape (one is included in every Primewood pump kit).

Mid-shaft is the measurement that sizes your cylinder. Base and glans are worth tracking too, but they don't drive the size.

Line the tape's number up with the 0 mark, and wrap with minimal pressure — pulling it tight gives you a reading that's too small. Measure in the same spot every time so your progress stays comparable.
