Sizing Guide for the Kits and Vacuum Cups:

Please measure your flaccid glans to get the proper sizing for cup. Please chose a size that will allow for at least a quarter of the circumference. All the number numbers should be sized up to suit your expansion numbers. We do recommend you select the next size up if you are already at or near the fullness level.

We discourage getting any erection when using cups and extender. Add rest times in your routine.

For best measurement measurement, take measure tape and track base girth and midshaft. If you have bigger glans, consider getting some toe shields for protection. Once you have your girth for base or shaft, use this formula C / π = D or Circumference of Penis divided by Pi (3.14) equals the diameter of the cylinder or approximate cylinder you will need. 

Select a cylinder that allows for at least .4" - .5" (1 cm - 1.27 cm) of space when getting a cylinder to allow for more space, comfort, and expansion.

Tips:

• When using the device, use low weights to begin and slowly screw up the threading until a moderate tension is being pulled in the shaft of your member
• Ensure you use the micropore tape to avoid blisters and use lube in the vacuum cup as added protection
• Using both sleeves on top of each other will allow for better grip on the member and damage prevention with the sleeves. 
• When using common blue sleeve, be sure to remove from the cups after use to increase longevity
• Include rest sets in your regimen and stop all use when pinching or pain is felt!
• Keep device washed as much as possible
• Do not place any items in dishwasher
• Use oil cutting soap to clean any residue and scum that may be left over.
• Ensure female connector at top is clean.
• Ensure the male connectors o-ring is not damaged. 
• Do not exceed rest timeframes.
