How to apply the device

Here is a link to the main page -> Guide for All Day Stretcher Vacuum cup kits. Ranging from cut, uncut, and with toe sheild.

Take your time to apply the device and hold it on the glans for at least 5 mins to adjust to the pressures. Use the top ring or a carabiner to attach at the top and slowly pull the cup (From top, bottom, left, and right) for the glans to expand naturally in the cup.

---------

Cup dropping in pressure?

Often the top of the cup can have debris stuck in the release valve. If you have hard water after cleaning, soap scum from cleaning, or adhesive from the micropore tape; this can cause the valve to jam leading to air leaking into the cup. Slippages can occur.

Simply lift the release valve and the components will pop out. (Please do this over a bowl as these components tend to fly out with a lot of force and can get lost.) Wash them off and let them dry. Put them back in.

Press the top down often to ensure the valve closes properly.

---------

Is water trick safe for these cups?

Yes it is, however we would prefer you use the taping method as it is marginally safer when compared to using water.

---------

I tried all the steps but I still keep slipping out of the cup.

  • Look at your sleeve for any possible damages such as tears or holes. Stretch it out and inspect it
    thoroughly.
  • Look at your cup and check for any debris in the valve at the top. Clean it out if any is seen.
  • Look into how much tension you are using and ensuring it is not counter to the volume you have on your member. The more you pull results in a thinner member leading to your member sliding out and letting air in.

---------

Double sleeving? Can this help with slipping?

If you are suffering any issues with slippage, try the double sleeve method below to better secure your cup from potential issues!.

Ensure that the shaft is free to allow for tension to be felt. Covering this area to much can prevent any progress.

1. Complete the traditional taping method and vacuum cup wrapping.

2.Here you can fully wrap with a single sleeve or cut a sleeve into 3's (always keep an extra sleeve in case of emergency.)

3. Take cull piece or trimmed sleeve

4. Apply the sleeve to the base or apply the second wrapped sleeve over the first layer

Step 1

Does the position with ADS kit matter?

Typically no. What matters is the amount of tension being applied to the member, meaning if you are not feeling much tension in the shaft, you will likely not seeing many growth changes. So, it is often important you pick the specific angle you want to utilize for the session and stick with it.

Below are some examples you can use for your ADS session.

Some positions would be.

  • Single belt on the knee. Downward position.
  • Full belt around the waist. From left to right.
  • Single or full belt around the chest or over the shoulder. From a top position.
  • You can even attach the belt to legs of a table or desk to allow for a straight out position.

How do I put it on?

See the full digital guide here for how to set up, use, and create a routine for your compression hanger.

Page 18 for links to video guide.

Start with wrapping guide, then proceed to the application video!

From the guide;

"MALEHANGER PLACEMENT PICTURES

Open your Malehanger by loosening the wingnut on the top bolt completely. Then, remove the washer and wingnut from their molded area. Once again, grab your penis by the glans and gently stretch it forward. With the opening of your Malehanger facing upward, place your penis into the bottom of Malehanger. Your penis will rest its belly on the bottom teeth.

(YOU SHOULD ALMOST NEED TO FORCE YOUR WRAPPED PENIS INTO MALEHANGER. IF IT GOES IN EASILY, ADD MORE WRAP. SEE MY VIDEO BELOW FOR FURTHER EXPLANATION!)

Close Malehanger and seat the top bolt washer into the molded area on the top of Malehanger (as pictured below and shown in the Malehanger Application video). Make sure the fixed nut on the left end of the top bolt is seated in the cutout. As suggested in the video above, after closing Malehanger, press down on the front and back of the exposed areas of your penis to push your penis down onto the bottom teeth. Grab your penis by the glans with one hand while holding Malehanger with the other hand. Pull your glans forward and then, give your glans and front of your penis a firm squeeze.

This squeezing removes excess blood from these areas and makes hanging more comfortable. Blood in your glans while hanging can cause excessive redness, blood spots, even bruises. Now, begin tightening the top wingnut. Place an index finger on the front exposed area of your penis and a thumb (of the same hand) on the back exposed area of your penis and press these areas down while tightening the top wingnut. Turn the top wingnut about five turns. Pull Malehanger forward until the ridge of your glans (going by your mental image) is about half an inch from the forward opening front edge of the top of Malehanger.

Use your index finger and thumb as before, continuing to press down on the exposed areas of your penis and continue to tighten the top wingnut. About every five turns of the top wingnut, stop and pull forward on Malehanger again. You are checking to see if your Malehanger is finding a stop point yet, or what I refer to as your “ANCHOR POINT”. Your urethral opening should be as close to vertically aligned with the top opening of Malehanger as possible. If necessary, grab your glans and give it a slight twist to correct any misalignment. As you continue to tighten Malehanger and occasionally pull forward on it every five or so turns, Malehanger should begin to anchor itself in place about half an inch from the ridge of your glans and the front, top opening. Pull forward as hard as you can currently tolerate on Malehanger and it should stop with the front about half an inch from the ridge of your glans. WATCH THE APPLICATION VIDEO ABOVE!"

How To Hang

Every day, before your first set, go through proper compression of the penis and your wrap materials. It should take Several minutes. Once fully tightened and compressed, fully loosen and leave your Malehanger on to restore blood flow for a few minutes, Then, squeeze your glans and front of your penis to remove excess blood, then retighten your hanger and do your first set. Doing it like this should help prevent slippage and prove whether your anchor point is solid.

This process helps remove interstitial fluids and sort of simulates a first hanging set.

The tissues need to be compressed before the first time you hang every day. This pushes out the extra interstitial fluid in the penis. This happens anyway a good bit while you're hanging, but if you do it before your first set, it teaches you how much wrapped girth you actually need to get and maintain a solid anchor point. Rather than things starting out great the first set, then you start getting slippage on the following sets as the interstitial fluid pushes out of the tissues.
Keeps you from having to go back later and fix your slipping.

Hanging weights will not always be completely comfortable. In fact, there will be many times over the course of your hanging "career" that you will experience quite a bit of discomfort. This needs to be understood from the beginning. Many men only associate their penis with pleasure. Now that you are hanging weights and committed to a larger penis, you must learn to accept some feelings of discomfort from your penis. There is a big difference between discomfort and pain. At no time should you ever feel pain while hanging weights with your Malehanger. If you do feel pain at any time, stop using Malehanger and get on the Malehanger Customer Chat (link HERE) and share what you are doing and get some help so we can fine-tune your technique and get you back on track.

I cannot stress it enough. Take "before" measurements and if possible, take measured erect pictures for your progress tracking. Nothing is more motivating than being able to look back and see where you used to be! Also, keep a hand written progress log!

During your first few weeks of hanging weights, you will be adapting your penis to the new sensations associated with this method of enlargement. You will probably not see any size increases for at least 1–2 months. This is because you are getting your penis used to hanging weights and also fine-tuning your technique. If you follow the examples outlined here and on the Malehanger Customer Chat, you will most likely see size increases over time. I cannot tell you "when" you will gain, but you most likely will. There is simply no way to predict when you will gain. It is known that hanging weights, which is tissue traction, usually works. All penises are basically the same from a physiological standpoint. Therefore, all men have a similar potential to increase their penis size. The main limiting factor is the man's approach and technique and sometimes, existing tissue adaptation from other penis enlargement attempts.

Your first few weeks, you will be memorizing how to wrap, placing your hanger and adapting your penis to the new sensations associated with hanging weights. This is not a race. Do not expect any size increases during this time. However, you may see some increases regardless. If you do, congratulations! A total of 20 minutes of hang time per day is all you need during your first TWO WEEKS of hanging. After this introductory period try to hang at least one more 20 minute set daily. The goal being to reach a total time of an hour per day, 5 days per week with the weekends off. If your schedule allows, you can hang for more time or "sets".

Example Hanging Routine

Please get into the habit from "day one" of squatting down toward your weights. Do not pick up the weights and connect them to your Malehanger, then lower them down. This is a dangerous and bad technique. Especially as you move up in weight over time. Always squat down to your weights, attach them and then squat up from the floor.

Assuming your week starts on Monday, you will begin as shown with 2 pounds. The idea is to hang each day of the week with the same weight level. This should not be a problem at this point with this weight level. The sensation of hanging at first, will feel unusual, but comfortable. Again, the first few weeks your goal is not a big increase in weight. Rather, getting used to how you will be doing everything.

THE WEIGHTS SHOWN BELOW ARE EXAMPLES!! START WITH ONE POUND AND ASSESS YOUR TOLERANCE!!

  • Monday: 2 pounds one set 20 minutes.
  • Tuesday: 2 pounds one set 20 minutes.
  • Wednesday: 2 pounds one set 20 minutes.
  • Thursday: 2 pounds one set 20 minutes.
  • Friday: 2 pounds one set 20 minutes.

This is how you will hang your first two weeks. Take the weekend off.

Weeks three and four, try to add one pound per week.

By week four, you are likely to face a little difficulty in making it through the entire week with the same weight. This is good. This means your penis is losing the adaptation battle. In other words, the hanging is beginning to work. The tissues are stretching and you are beginning to cause what we will call "tissue fatigue". I will give an example below of how a week like this might look and then offer a solution.

  • Monday: 4 pounds, 20 minutes
  • Tuesday: 4 pounds, 20 minutes
  • Wednesday: 4 pounds, made it through 15 minutes then had to lower the weight to 3 pounds.
  • Thursday: Attempted 4 pounds, had too much discomfort in penis, felt like I "had to" hang 3 pounds. Used 3 pounds for 20 minutes.
  • Friday: Assumed 4 pounds would be too heavy based on yesterday, used 3 pounds for 20 minutes.

In the above example the man is most likely encountering a common issue which is attachment point soreness, or discomfort. The area on his penis where he attaches his hanger is slightly tender and it makes him feel like he needs to hang with less weight. He is using less weight than he could be and if he were to continue to keep this mentality with his hanging routine over time as he continued to move up in weight, he could be cheating himself of better gain potential. Why? He is not hanging as heavy as he could be. He is also lowering his weight sooner than he needs to. What is the solution? A very simple one which my friend Dave shared with me a while back. In his honor I am calling this "Dave's Technique".

Going back to the above example, on Thursday when the man felt like 4 pounds was "too heavy", what he should have done was go ahead and hang the first 5 minutes of his set with the more comfortable 3 pounds. Then, at the 5 minute mark, he will use his hand to keep forward tension on his hanger, remove the weight continuing to keep forward tension on his hanger, add 1 pound back to his weight and reattach the weights. (Men using the "Slipknot/Cord on your weight plates you will find it easier to have separate cords on each weight plate when using "Dave's Technique") He should now find it much more comfortable to hang 4 pounds, his current heaviest weight.

The best explanation we have for why this technique works so well is that the hanger sort of "warms up" the attachment point of the penis. Keeping forward tension on the hanger "tricks" your penis into believing you are still hanging your set. When you add the weight back on, you have "snuck" on the extra weight. That is honestly the best way I know how to explain why this technique works. You will find this technique very useful over the course of your hanging career especially as you continue to advance in weight. ALTERNATIVELY, assuming you bought that set of fractional weight plates as I suggested earlier, you can experiment with small increments of weight. Lower the weight ONLY until you can continue hanging.

An example of using "Dave's Technique":

  • Monday: 4 pounds, 20 minutes
  • Tuesday: 3 pounds, 5 minutes / 4 pounds 15 minutes
  • Wednesday: 3 pounds 5 minutes / 4 pounds 15 minutes
  • Thursday: 3 pounds 5 minutes / 4 pounds 15 minutes
  • Friday: 3 pounds 5 minutes / 4 pounds 15 minutes

This is a much better week overall. Rather than having to hang at a lower weight his last two days of the week, the man was able to hang his heaviest weight all week. This equates to a much better overall stretch and better gain potential as he progresses over time.

When to move up in weight?

Ideally, you should use a weight level that requires you to reduce your weight by no later than the third day of the week due to tissue fatigue. Rather than using the same weight every set, every day and randomly adding weight. You know to add weight when you're able to hang with the same weight more than three days in a row. This doesn't mean add weight every three days as some think. If you're not needing to lower your weight by the third day, go up a pound the following Monday and so on until you're at a weight that's forcing you to lower weight due to tissue fatigue by no later than the third day.

Basically, after week 5, you should be hanging at least 3 sets of 15 to 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week with the weekends off. You want to move up in weight any time you can hang all of your sets per day, more than 3 days in a row by 1 pound, to no heavier than 2.5 pounds. Any time you have trouble moving up in weight, use "Dave's Technique". For example, it's Monday on week 6 and you are going to attempt 6 pounds. You squat down, attach the 6 pounds, and slowly squat up. The weight "feels" too heavy. No problem. Do as above keeping forward tension on your hanger. Remove the weight. Lower the weight to your previous heaviest weight 5 pounds. Reattach the weight, hang your first 5 minutes with that weight. After 5 minutes, keep forward tension on your hanger. Add one pound back on and attempt the 6 pounds again. You should now find yourself able to hang the next 15 minutes with 6 pounds.

Using the above example routine, hang the rest of your week. You can continue to make progress this way. Every man is a little different. Some weeks you will not be able to keep moving up in weight and that is normal. The heavier in weight you move up to, the slower your progress in weight will become. You should be able to move up again when you can hang an entire week with your heavy weight after your first 5 minutes with the slightly lower weight.

Short tips:

1. Discomfort vs. Pain

  • Expect some discomfort, never pain: Discomfort and tissue stretching are normal, but if you experience actual pain, stop immediately.
  • Prevent bruising: Always squeeze excess blood from the glans before hanging to avoid severe redness, blood spots, or bruising.

2. Progressive Routine & Schedule

  • Start light: Begin with 1 lb to assess tolerance (do not start with heavier weights right away).
  • Time commitment: Weeks 1–2: 20 minutes/day, 5 days/week (weekends off). Goal after introductory period: Work up to 3 sets of 15–20 minutes (totaling ~1 hour/day), 5 days/week.
  • Safety habit: Always squat down to attach weights and squat up from the floor—never lift weights up to attach them while standing.

3. Overcoming Fatigue ("Dave's Technique")

  • If a weight feels too heavy or uncomfortable midway through the week due to tissue fatigue, warm up for 5 minutes with a slightly lighter weight.
  • Maintain forward tension on the hanger with your hand while swapping back to your target weight to "sneak" the extra weight on smoothly.

4. Tracking & Mindset

  • Track progress: Take "before" measurements, keep a handwritten progress log, and take erect photos for motivation.
  • Be patient: Expect no size changes for the first 1–2 months while your body adapts to the traction.

What tension should I use?

Does it matter what device I use for the extender?

Ultimately no. You should still see the same gains using a compression hanger or vacuum cup. You will just have more versatility using a compression hanger, as it can hold more weight without issue; if you wish to pursue hanging.
