Sizing Guide for the Kits and Vacuum Cups:

Please measure your flaccid glans to get the proper sizing for cup. Please chose a size that will allow for at least a quarter of the circumference. All the number numbers should be sized up to suit your expansion numbers. We do recommend you select the next size up if you are already at or near the fullness level.

We discourage getting any erection when completing the ADS guide and setup. Please allow for your flaccid state to be achieved and then resume your extender session.

Tips: 

When starting please start with weights of 4-6 lbs depending on your experience with PE. If you are just beginning 4-6 lb with be ideal. You will need to do a set of about 20 mins - 30 mins for your first week and then move up on time as you go. You can gradually increase weight by lb at the last 10 mins of your first to second week. (Stop if any pain occurs)
