Align the tape half way on each side and crimp the top end over the urethra opening.

Depending on your glans shape it may end up fully covered or some sections may be slightly exposed. The next fold should cover them.

Tape the other half over making sure the tape is sticking with no issues; these being lose tape.

Get the cup read and ensure that it is wide enough on the outside to slide in. Make sure the lips on the outside allow for you to get some suction for the next step.

After you have slid into the cup, get your vacuum cup handle ready and try to suck out as much air as possibe. While it is not dangerous to have some air.

It is best to get the majority out and ensure your glans are snug in the cup with little to no gap.

Slide the sleeve on the cup.

Once it has covered the penis, lift the cup up by the section that has the sleeve covering and verify there is little air in the cup. This will stop a bubble from forming at the opening of the cup.

• Make sure your glans are filling the tube.
• Make sure you are not applying to much lube, oil, or lotion.
• Make sure you avoid a large bubble or tears in the cup.

Avoiding this hiccups can help you prevent issues such as slipping out of the cup or sleeves tearing.

The end result should look something like the example image. You should lightly and slowly pull at the ring on the cup to ensure you have no issues or slippage.

• If any severe pain is felt in the cup restart the method.
• Apply lotion on the sides of the penis if you feel any pinching by the sleeve.

Double sleeving can help prevent the air bubble from forming below and allows for you to protect from potential pops.
