4 sets x 5 minutes after 1 month.
You will need a rounded base for this item such as a used sleeve, sock or lube. (This will help get the rings off if any issues occur.)
- Fold the sleeve or sock.
- Place the rings on while fully erect
- Listen to audio or read some spicy text to remain erect for the duration of 5 mins.
- Take off and allow for fresh blood to circulate.
